6. After payment processing, how do I access the application? Is it complicated?

Once you have completed the purchasing process and your credit card has been approved, you will receive a "Purchase Confirmation E-mail" containing your Personal login information. In this e-mail, you will find:

  • A link to directly access the software installer.
  • Your Username and Password to access the Customer Area located on the Web site where you purchased the product.
  • Once you are logged in to the Customer Area, you will also find all the required information to activate your product:
    1. Unique ID (e-mail, ID, etc.);
    2. License Number

You will be able to download the software installer and have the option of either saving it to your personal computer, or running it from its original location. 7. Is the download/installation process long?

Our “Multi-socket hosting server platform” and “Multi-threaded delivery support” provide secure, ultra-fast downloading speeds. With typical broadband internet access, the software installer should be downloaded in less than 3 minutes. Additionally, software installation should require only 2 minutes, without any Operating System reboot. Overall, the complete process should not exceed 5 minutes.
